The Doctor Who World Tour Begins Today! [UPDATED]

Today is the day when everything changes: the Doctor Who World Tour commences today, in Cardiff where a special premiere of Deep Breath is being held at St David’s Hall.

That’s right, this is where the spoilers start sneaking out – or will they? Given the problems with the recent leak, it’s a surprise more hasn’t been divulged.

So let’s hope those lucky fans in Cardiff today are strong-willed enough to keep their lips sealed for a couple of weeks!

The red carpet event begins at 11am this morning, ending at 12 noon, at which point there will be a greeting and welcome speech, with the screening commencing at 12.40pm. Following this, a 30 minute Q&A with Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman and Steven Moffat will close the event. You can find full details of the itinerary at the St David’s Hall website, although we expect everyone who is going is already queuing up!

If you couldn’t make it, WalesOnline is featuring a regular update on their pages, while BBC Radio Wales’ Jason Mohammad is broadcasting from the red carpet live right now! From Cardiff, the Doctor Who World Tour then moves onto London this evening, and then the stars will be circumnavigating the globe over the next week or so, possibly coming to a city near you!

We’ll have some images for you throughout the day on this very post, so check back regularly.
