The BBC have put together a dream package for a Christmas present but we wonder how many of you will be lucky enough to find this under the tree come Christmas morning?
Available from the BBC shop as of now is the Doctor Who series seven iPad set for you to not only catch up with the Eleventh Doctor’s latest adventures but then log onto Kasterborous afterwards and read about them!
For £349.00 you’ll receive a brand new Apple iPad 2 (16gb memory and Wi-Fi only) to play around with, some rather snazzy skins to put on the front and back of it that’ll give your new iPad the illusion of being a TARDIS and a brand spanking new copy of Doctor Who series seven: Part one for you to watch on DVD.
Now this may not be for everybody and we’re sure there are those of you out there that despise Apple and all the products that it releases but for those of you interested, this is actually quote a sweet deal. Not necessarily in monetary terms but it certainly provides the perfect Christmas present for a Doctor Who fan that also loves apps, blogging and visiting Doctor Who website whilst moving around the house.
You can order your copy via BBC Shop now!

Seems an odd sort of package.
Why include the DVD’s when you can’t actually play them on an iPad?
Would have made more sense to have included an itunes voucher so you can download them on to it.
I was under the impression the DVDs came with UV, enabling download to the tablet? Or is that wrong?
You could be right, I’d forgotten that DVD set came with that feature.
Not sure how UV works so it may we operate on iPads.
