Time for Dalek Bingo?

Here’s fun, tonight Doctor Who returns to the screens of BBC One and BBC America with the excitingly titled Asylum of the Daleks. There’ll be twist and turns, tears and laughter and more than one or two familiar faces turning up as well…

But to make things even more fun, for those of you that want to play, the good people at Radio Times (thanks to designer Stuart Manning) are offering a nifty little game for you to enjoy called Dalek Bingo.

The concept is very simple; the picture you print out has images of all of the different Dalek designs that will be making an appearance in Asylum of the Daleks, all you need to do is tick the appropriate box each time you see a different model. There are no prizes or leader boards, it’s strictly for fun. It does provide a nice game for all of the family to play, or something for you to do as you watch the episode on BBC iPlayer for the 150th time like the rest of us will be doing over the week.

To get involved (you know you want to) head over to the Radio Times website to download a copy or head your local newsagent for an original!

Asylum of the Daleks is on BBC One tonight at 7:20pm and BBC America t 9/8c

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!

That was an fantastic episode; an impressive twist. But, is the hype for a certain someone the end, or only the beginning?!

I think if I had been playing Dalek Bingo I would have lost.

The “Classic” Daleks (including the Special Weapons one which I saw for about a second) were always in the background, never in close up.

Even when were were told they were the survivors of Spiridon, Exxilon etc.. they were all new series Daleks.

Did someone not tell the director which were old and new ones?
