Gibbis actor David Walliams is the Speaking Clock!

Help Gibbis Raise Money for Sport Relief!

In a bid to raise more money for Sport Relief, David Walliams (Gibbis in The God Complex) and a plethora of other celebrities have become the voices of the BT Speaking Clock.

And until 9th April, you can win a special David Walliams clock by heading over to BT’s Facebook page and guessing who the celebrity speakers are each day!

You also get to feel all warm inside, as the company will donate 10p to Sport Relief for every call made from a BT fixed landline to the speaking clock before Monday. Yes, calls cost 33p – with mobile prices varying, naturally – but you do get to make difference in the world.

Remember, you can undertake the Sport Relief Mile event as part of the WhoVerse team, or just donate some of your cash online.

Walliams, who recently swum in the River Thames to raise money, said:

“I’ve seen first-hand the difference that Sport Relief makes to people’s lives and I’d do (almost) anything to raise cash. Even if it helps just one person, it’s got to be worth it.”

Over £52 million has been raised so far… but that’s definitely not the final total!

BT hopes to raise £1 million for Sport Relief.

(Big thanks to Jemma!)
