Daleks, Cybermen and Robomen!

Doctor Who - Enemies of the First Doctor

With jealousy at an all time high at the Doctor Who Villains League of Evil annual bake-a-thon (those Daleks sure know how to exterminate a good muffin) since later season villains were immortalised in Enemies of the Doctor sets Forbidden Planet have saved us all from annihilation by ignored masters of evil by releasing the Doctor Who: Action Figure Collectors Set: Enemies of the 1st Doctor.

The set is an icons jamboree with the fantastic early designs of both the Daleks from The Daleks’ Master Plan – including the rarely seen flaming arm which looks like the kind of neon monstrosity you’d see stuck on a building in Vegas.

Also present is a Cyberman from their first appearance in The Tenth Planet and a brainwashed Roboman from The Dalek Invasion of Earth.

The set, which materializes in Forbidden Planet’s Warehouse on 12th December, is available to pre-order for £34.99.

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
