Doctor Who Panel Announced

The all important Sunday line-up has been announced for this years San Diego Comic Con and Doctor Who stars Matt Smith and Karen Gillan – along with unnamed writers and producers – will be schmoozing the Nerds in the hallowed H hall.

On July 24th the pair – for whom this is their first time at the SDCC – will be bringing along some exclusive footage from the second part of the current series will no doubt be answering a mixture of fawning/anally specific (are you sure about that? – Ed) questions as they play host to a Q & A session from 12:30-13:45.

The BBC Doctor Who Panel won’t be the only TV series operating in H. The show comes sandwiched between the likes of Supernatural, Glee and The Cleveland Show – only one of which people like!

I’ll let you fight it out over which one…

The full Sunday Line-up is available here for those masochists who aren’t going to print out and flog themselves with it for just not being geeky enough.

News Just In…

It has also just been announced that  TV Guide’s Panels at Comic-Con have been confirmed, with Matt Smith set for a second appearance! This Fan Favorites panel will take place on Thurs July 21 at 4:15, Ballroom 20, where Smith will appear alongside stars of Vampire Diaries, Chuck and True Blood.

About

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
