Appearing on the The Danny Baker Show on BBC Radio 5 Live on Saturday morning was Doctor Who writer and Sherlock co-Executive Producer Mark Gatiss, who took the time to reveal the title of his Series 6 episode!
Originally scheduled to appear in the first half of the 2011 run, Gatiss’ episode was thought to be titled “What Are Little Boys Made Of?”. However the episode was pushed back to the second half of Doctor Who Series 6, and has since been given a new name…
“It was shot last year, but it’s in the second half of the series, so it’s Episode 9,” he said today. “It’s called ‘Night Terrors’.
You can listen to the interview below.
What do you think? Is the new title Night Terrors better or worse than “What Are Little Boys Made Of?”

I like “Night Terrors” much more. I’m hoping Gatiss gets back on track and delivers a good episode but what little I’ve seen so far looks to be very dark and scary. Mix in that with the very eerie looking “God Complex”, a Lodger sequel and two episodes by Moffat, hopefully the second half of the series will be better and more consistent than the first half.
