Alex Kingston on Graham Norton

It’s all getting very exciting in the world of Doctor Who right now. We’ve got a doppelganger of the Doctor to look forward to this Saturday and then beyond that there are just so many questions that we need answering, most of which stem from this year’s opening two parter!

But the big question that has been running around the internet and Doctor Who publications for the last couple of years is: who is River Song? The enigmatic lady that has been turning up in the Doctor’s life (albeit backwards) has raised more questions than any other guest character in the show’s history but worry not because this year we’ve been promised that all will be revealed, or at least something important about her that will make us all say “oooohhhh..I see!”

The revelations start in next week’s episode A Good Man Goes to War and due to the fact that Alex Kingston is returning to the Doctor Who fold once again for a major event episode she’ll be appearing as a guest on the Graham Norton show next Friday. So make sure that you tune in to see Alex discuss all things Who and maybe reveal a bit or two about her latest episode.

Elsewhere in the world of Alex, you can also visit the Alex Kingston Twitter fan page which has a number of spoiler-ish Doctor Who related articles linked to it. You’ll also find a link to an unofficial short story that describes the first time the Eleventh Doctor and River…y’know…dance. It’s actually very well written and the characters are excellently realised, so go and have a read!

Watch the Graham Norton show on BBC One, Friday 27th May at 10:35 pm!

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
