A Christmas Carol Snaps

Thanks to the BBC we’ve got a nice pair of images from A Christmas Carol, the Doctor Who Christmas special which airs at 6pm on Christmas Day.

Featuring Matt Smith, Michael Gambon and Katherine Jenkins all “in character” in scenes from the episode, these snaps purport to give away nothing…

…but if that is true, just who is the young boy? What is the machinery that looks like a 19th century Singer sewing machine?

And just why does Kazran Sardick live among the chimneys?

Written by Steven Moffat and also starring Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill as Amy and Rory, A Christmas Carol airs 3 weeks today!
