Pranksters at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) have materialised a TARDIS on the roof of a building in Kendal Square.
The pranksters – or ‘Hackers’ as they’re called in MIT-lore – used the Doctor’s vehicle as an awesome welcome to incoming freshmen who moved on to campus this week
The sign on the doors of the “MITARDIS” read;
“Hacker Telephone — Free for use of hackers.”
Past ‘Hacks’ include decorating the Great Dome to resemble the robot R2D2 in honor of the release of Star Wars Episode I:The Phantom Menace and placing a campus police car on the dome.
