Two exclusive cash-devourers figurines have been unveiled to be sold at the 2010 San Diego Comic Con!
Head over to the MediaConnection website and you’ll find a Matt-Smith-as-the-Eleventh-Doctor doll and a Dalek Scientist (or, as most of us prefer to call it, the orange one).
We won’t bore you with the descriptions of each item provided by their maker, Underground Toys, because they essentially explain who the Doctor is and what the Daleks are. Most likely, if you’re visiting Kasterborous, you already know those bits of information. What we will say is that the Eleventh Doctor in question is the one from Flesh and Stone who had his tweed ripped off by a statue, and who sports a “burgundy” bow tie and braces. Also, you’ll find that this Doctor and the orange Dalek are sold together, in a set.
If you happen to be in west-coast-America this summer, we strongly recommend you make your way over to Comic Con in San Diego. Doctor Who had an enormous presence last year (in part due to David Tennant’s departure), and thanks to Matt Smith’s dazzling acting and the Grand Moff’s brilliant writing, we expect no less from this year’s event! And if you have spare change for the Doctor-Dalek convention exclusives, you’ll find them at the Underground Toys (#3949) and BBC America (#3629) booths.

damn exclusives…
Loathe as I am to aay this, but that Dalek is very, very cool. I WANT ONE!!!!!
