Drop Jack’s Hat!

Former Doctor Who companion John Barrowman – Torchwood’s Captain Jack Harkness – has revealed that he hasn’t seen the new series overseen by Steven Moffat and starring Matt Smith and Karen Gillan.

John Barrowman, Torchwood and Doctor Who starWhile he’s reiterated his desire to return to the series at some point if required, Barrowman’s admission seems to point at him being either very busy or very forgetful…

Speaking to STV, Barrowman confessed that he had downloaded the new episodes, and is excited about watching them.

“I haven’t seen any of the new series yet, I’ve got it on my computer, because I’m always away so I either go on BBC iPlayer or download it on iTunes, but I’m excited to see it.

“And who knows? As I’ve said, if ever I’m asked to come back, for Captain Jack to cross paths with the Doctor again, I will do it at the drop of a hat.”

The Torchwood star – currently without a show of his own – has recently been starring in Desperate Housewives.

Mick has been writing on and off for Kasterborous since 2006, and when he's not attempting self sufficiency he writes the songs that no one hears (because they are not listening). Currently working on a comic book, Nazis vs Aliens, which requires an artist. Please email [email protected] to discuss.
