Doctor Who Ongoing

Doctor Who Ongoing - TesseractOut this month is issue 7 of IDW’s Doctor Who ongoing series, written by Tony Lee and this month illustrated by Al Davidson. The issue kicks off Part 1 of the new Tesseract storyline…

When a 5th-dimensional spacecraft crashes into and through the TARDIS, it’s up to the Doctor and his two new friends to stabilize the console room and stop both ships from imploding! But the console room is missing, and the other ship is filled with an alien race that wants the Doctor dead!

Tesseract follows earlier stories Silver Scream and Fugitive, and features new 1920s companions Matthew Finnegan and Emily Winter.

Tony Lee has done a great job of delivering some superb issues of Doctor Who as he did with the initial series of one-shots – he has a great understanding of the classic and new series, delivering stories that are full of treats for fans of any or all eras.

If you haven’t picked up a copy of Doctor Who yet, try a Forbidden Planet store or view this list of Doctor Who comics by Tony Lee on Amazon.
