Nigel Havers to Guest in SJA

The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine reveals some interesting guest casting on The Sarah Jane Adventures – namely that of Nigel Havers, reports Digital Spy.

Havers – whose long list of credits include Dangerfield, The Charmer, Nicholas Nickleby and many more in a TV career spanning 37 years – will appear in two episodes that:

“…looks set to change things for Sarah Jane Smith forever”.

Given rumours of a wedding for Sarah Jane, could it be that the dapper actor has been cast as her suitor?

Speaking of husbands, Lis Sladen’s real life husband Brian Miller (who has prteviously appeared in the Doctor Who serial Snakedance and voiced Daleks) has also been cast!

“He was simply ideal casting for this pivotal role, which sees him in conflict with Sarah Jane and the gang. Although there’s a lot more going on with Brian’s character than might first appear.”

Frankly from those descriptions, either could be the man to sweep Sarah Jane Smith off her feet.
