New K9 Series Logo Revealed

"I based the new logo on K9’s old-type font of Westminster, with an update. The font is also used on K9’s new body."

So confesses co-creator and co-associate producer of the new K9 series Paul Tams – and its a very fresh look for the logo, despite having echoes of Doctor Who and The Sarah Jane Adventures witht he swirling in the background.

Expecting to premier on Australia’s Network Ten in 2009, the show has completed principal photography. K9 himself is realised as both CGI and an animatronic prop – should be fascinating seeing into the workings of that when the show gets featured in the sci fi magazines.

(Incidentally until there is an official website for the K9 series, the best source of news can be found at DoctorWhoNews.com)
