Doctor Who Exhibition Sent To Coventry

Expecting an estimated 250,000 visitors, the Doctor Who Exhibition is moving to Coventry next month – taking props, costumes, monsters to the Coventry Transport museum.

Running from Friday, March 13 until September 18, the location will be open seven days a week from 10am until 5pm at it’s new location.  Entrance to the museum will remain free, while tickes fotr the Doctor Who Exhibition will be £8 for adults and £5 for children available at the venue or from www.transport-museum.com.

Martin Wilkie of organisers Experience Design and Management said:

“We are extremely excited to be bringing Doctor Who to the heart of Coventry this spring, the location in the city couldn’t be better.

“The museum space is fantastic and enables us to showcase Doctor Who to its best advantage.

It’s the first time a major Doctor Who themed exhibition has visited the Midlands – and it seems lots of people are excited by it.

I wonder if the "on tour" nature of the exhibition means that one day it might come to the North East…?
