E-Space Trilogy DVD!

The Restoration Team has published details of the forthcoming E-Space Trilogy box set.

Comprising the three Tom Baker stories from his final Season 18 – Full Circle, State of Decay and Warriors’ Gate, the stories also co-star Lalla Ward as Romana and John Leeson as K-9, and introduce Matthew Waterhouse as Adric.

For the uninitiated, The E-Space Trilogy sees the TARDIS trapped in a different universe, due to having passed through a CVE (Charged Vacuum Emboitement) – a sort of exothermic vent. The point of all this of course is to leave the Doctor without Romana and K-9, with Lalla Ward and John Leeson leaving the series in Warrior’s Gate.

There’s a large bundle of extras with this box set including lovely nuggest such as a look at vampires in literature, a making of feature for each story, Matthew Waterhouse retrospective look back at his time as Adric and one that I’ll look forward to – "Lalla’s Wardrobe" in which Lalla looks at Romana’s costumes with June Hudson, Louise Page, Nev Fountain and Jonathan Morris.
