Doctor Who Weekend on Sci Fi UK!

What better way to spend a more-than-likely wet August Bank Holiday weekend than with some old-time Doctor Who, courtesy of the Sci Fi Channel?

Between Saturday, August 23 and Monday, August 25 viewers will be treated to some of the adventures of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Doctors, as portrayed by Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy and Paul McGann.

A screening of 1996’s Paul McGann-starring TV movie (which also features Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor) joins The Caves of Androzani (1984) and The Ark In Space(1975), Revenge of the Cybermen (1975), Earthshock (1982) and The Two Doctors (1984) over the weekend.

Not only those, but if the trailer is anything to go by, the classic Robert Holmes penned Pyramids of Mars is also set to air; Pyramids features the Doctor up against Egyptian devil Sutekh – voiced by The Satan Pit‘s own voice-of-the-Beast, Gabriel Woolf.

Turn on, tune in, Vworp out!
