    Very sad to hear about the passing of Edward Woodward – one of those actors that always gave 100%, you always knew you were watching a pro at work even if the material was less than first class (like that bin man drama a few years back)

    Of course as long as The Wicker Man is available to watch on TV and DVD (and surprisingly the BBC aren’t showing it tonight) we won’t forget him <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/smiley.gif" alt=":)" title="Smiley" /><!– s:) –>

    I recall seeing him recently and noticing he looked sick… good that he was able to work until late in his illness.
