The Chase SFX Dalek

The Second Dalek Wave!

They’re the universe’s supreme beings, and they’ve come to Earth to invade retailers nationwide!

Following on from the superb first wave of Sound FX Daleks (that’s Daleks that talk to you and me) come three new Skaro menaces: the Guard Dalek from 1965’s The Chase (one of their nuttiest adventures); a dark-grey Dalek from Genesis of the Daleks (1975); and the iconic original design from the second ever Doctor Who serial, The Daleks (specifically from the episode, The Dead Planet).

They really are superb, and look great on desks, mantelpieces, in glass cabinets, on bookcases, by the TV, in the bathroom – – just about anywhere, really! I wouldn’t leave one on Gallifrey, mind.

The first wave included the RTD Bronze Dalek (which debuted in 2005); a design from Death to the Daleks (1974); and a stunning gold and white Revelation of the Daleks (1985) model. There’s also a much-sought-after Special Weapons Dalek from Remembrance of the Daleks. Oh, and in case you had a nagging desire to find out a little about my personal life… I got a Dalek Invasion of Earth design for Christmas! And yes, it’s awesome.

Daleks conquer and destroy!
