League of Gentlemen to Reunite for Charity Gig!

Mark Gatiss is to reunite with fellow League of Gentlemen Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith for a one off charity gig!

The performance, hinted at in a tweet from Shearsmith last week, will take place at London’s Adelphi Theatre on December 1st 2013 in support of a new immunity unit at The Royal Free Hospital.

Royal Free Rocks With Laughter will boast an impressive line up of comedy stars, with perhaps the biggest coup being Rowan ‘Curse of Fatal Death’ Atkinson. Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse, Matt Lucas and Mitchell and Webb will also be part of the night’s line-up.

Gatiss has surely filled more roles on and off screen in Doctor Who than just about anyone else, including writer of novels, audios and television episodes, guest star in the series and one-off Doctor for Doctor Who night in 1999. Then there’s his eagerly awaited labour of love An Adventure in Space and Time to look forward to some time around the fiftieth anniversary, which will feature Reece Shearsmith as Patrick Troughton. And let’s not forget that Whitechapel star Steve Pemberton appeared in Silence in the Library/Planet of the Dead as Strackman Lux back in 2008.

Tickets are available from www.ticketzone.co.uk, although you’ll have to be quick…
