BBC Exclusive Hide Action Figure Set!

The new 3.75 inch Doctor Who figures from Character Options have been causing a bit of a storm since their announcement and release, with the cardboard backdrops also drawing some negative criticism.

Doctor Who Series 7: Hide

On the plus side, however, BBC Shop is releasing an exclusive Doctor Who Caliburn House Adventure Figure and TARDIS Set, designed to complement the previously announced Hide set that includes the Crooked Man figure. In this newly revealed set, which should be available from the BBC Shop in the near future, you’ll find a dematerialising TARDIS, Eleventh Doctor and a version of Clara modelled on the TARDIS interface hologram. The set comes with its own diorama which can be added to any of the others – you’ll probably want to set it up with the Doctor Who Time Zone Play Set: Hide box, enabling you to renact the adventure!

While we await further details and a release date, note that this is a BBC Shop exclusive. If you’re collecting the new range of figures then this will be something you won’t want to miss!

The new series figures died when Character Options decided to ditch the hugely popular and acclaimed 5″ range. Their new 3.75″ range is abysmal. The loss of detail to the figures is unforgivable. And all because they want to maximize profit at the expense of quality. But looking on the bright side, I would like to thank Character Options as my wallet is now a lot heavier than when I forked out money for your (once-great) merchandise.

And the first step to a Call the Midwife action figure set!
