Sonic Screwdriver Remote

Gold Plated Ultimate Sonic Screwdriver Remote!

Last year saw the release of the Sonic Screwdriver Universal remote as based on the Eleventh Doctor’s screwdriver of choice.

This year, for Doctor Who’s big 5-0, The Wand Company has announced that a gold and silver plated limited edition of the remote will be made available, on a first-come-first-served basis, for you to own.

Only 250 of these have been made for worldwide distribution so if you want to get your hands on one and pretend to be the Doctor whilst operating your television to watch Doctor Who (what do you mean other programs?) then you’ll want to pre-order this item as fast as you can!

Each unit has a laser etched number and a certificate of authenticity as well as deluxe packaging… and did we mention that it looks rather splendid and also very real?

As well as lighting up when in use and pulsing when in standby mode, there’s also an FX mode so that you’ll be able to get your Sonic Screwdriver remote control to make all the authentic sounds that you see the Doctor do.

This product is limited to strictly 1 per customer due to its collectability, and is available to pre-order with a release date for 22nd July 2013. Each device will cost you £119.99.

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
