Joanna Page cast in Doctor Who 50th anniversary special

Gavin & Stacey Star in 50th Anniversary

Welsh actress Joanna Page is the latest name to have been cast in the Doctor Who 50th anniversary special!

Joanna Page cast in Doctor Who 50th anniversary specialPage, of course, isn’t the only Gavin & Stacey star to have appeared on Doctor Who – James Corden has appeared twice as Craig Owens in The Lodger and Closing Time.

In the latest photo released by the BBC, the Gavin & Stacey and Love, Actually actress is pictured alongside David Tennant, Jenna-Louise Coleman and Matt Smith in an image that is arguably even more exciting than the one released yesterday.

But, as lovely as Joanna Page is, she isn’t Christopher Eccleston or Paul McGann. Over to you, Steven Moffat…
