The Doctor takes on a new life in Human Nature...

Chicago’s Ultimate Doctor Who Screenings

While the BFI heralds the fiftieth anniversary of the Doctor with its monthly screening of Doctor Who stories in the UK, BBC Home Entertainment and Columbia College Chicago have their own American version for stateside viewers to enjoy.

The Doctor takes on a new life in Human Nature...

Taking place on the last Saturday of every month, these screenings show some of the very best Doctor Who episodes that you could hope to see, this Saturday February 23rd is no different with a screening of Human Nature and The Family of Blood, the brilliant two-parter for Doctor Who’s third series in 2007 starring David Tennant and Freema Agyeman.

Following on from the screening, there will be a Q&A session with the audience and a prize giveaway courtesy of BBC Home Entertainment and Gorilla Tango Theatre. The prizes have not been announced but you can place a safe bet that they’ll be Doctor Who themed.

These screenings are free for the public to attend but due to popularity, interested parties will need to register before they attend in order to guarantee a place. You can guarantee your place for a fun night of Doctor Who by visiting theultimatedrwho3.eventbrite.com/.

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
