Doctor Who features on Children in Need

Children In Need – What Time to Tune In?

The title of the 2012 Doctor Who Christmas special will be revealed this evening on Children in Need – but what else do you need to know?

Doctor Who features on Children in Need

Well, there’s one vital thing that no one really wants to talk about: what time will the Doctor Who minisode leading into the trailer be screened?

At present, we don’t know. The BBC’s Official Doctor Who website doesn’t either, informing us only that the evening of appeals will kick off at 7.30pm.

Given that in previous years Doctor Who has turned up around 8.15pm and has certainly not been on later than 9pm (children have to sleep, even on weekends!) we reckon that if you’ve got a night out planned you can safely book your taxi for 9pm and not worry about missing anything…

…and if you do, it would be unusual if the BBC don’t have the Christmas 2012 trailer lined up on their website by noon tomorrow, wouldn’t it?
