So, today is the big day – the one in which we finally say goodbye to the last copy of Time Leech as it wings its way to a lucky fan, complete with David Tennant’s autograph, to raise money for Children in Need.
But Time Leech isn’t the only fundraising Doctor Who auction in town! Last month Matt Smith and Steven Moffat unveiled some new exhibits at the Doctor Who Exhibition in Wales, and while there the Eleventh Doctor made three hand prints, one of which is now up for auction on eBay!
With three days still to run, the cast of Matt’s hands – complete with with this inscribed name and a certificate of authenticity – is currently bid up to £510, and should prove a popular and effective money raiser for the BBC’s annual Children in Need appeal.
Measuring 580mm x 580mm, delivery within the UK is free, although shipping overseas must be paid for by the winning bidder.
