Doctor Who News It's time to say goodbye to Amy and Rory in The Angels Take Manhattan

Next Time: The Angels Take Manhattan!

Is it really two and a half years since we first clapped eyes on Amy Pond and her nervous boyfriend Rory the nurse?

In that time, they’ve aged (considerably, in Rory’s case, sort of) and travelled, considered settling down but this week sees them travel in the TARDIS for the last time.

Featuring Alex Kingston returning once again as River Song in a script by Steven Moffat, this looks like the Weeping Angels most fearsome attack yet…

Excited yet?

Say goodbye to Amy and Rory at 7.20pm on BBC One this Saturday, September 29th, or on BBC America at 9/8x.

i await moffat slayers acting cv with interest…

in his defence, i don’t think a couple on board the TARDIS works all the time…sometimes 2 companions is too much and certainly when its been River, three is too many
