Noel Clarke vs Alien Predator

Former companion Noel Clarke stars in Storage 24

Noel Clarke’s leading a good life right now isn’t he? Recently, his films such as Adulthood and 4. 3. 2. 1. have been enjoyable and successful, he has a new movie coming out called Fast Girls (alongside Gridlock‘s Lenora Crichlow) which is being described as a “feel good summer hit” and he’s just filmed scenes for the new J. J. Abrams Star Trek sequel as “a family man” (same same Star Trek film will also be starring one Benedict Cumberbatch in another as yet disclosed role).

Just when you think that maybe Clarke should sit down for a while and take a rest, he does exactly the opposite and brings out yet another film, that man is going to tire himself out soon!

Storage 24 is set in London and sees a violent and nasty alien menace stalk and kill the populace after its escape from military holding, the synopsis explains:

“London is in chaos. A military cargo plane has crashed leaving its highly-classified contents strewn across the city.

Completely unaware London is in lockdown, Charlie (Noel Clarke) and Shelley (Antonia Campbell-Hughes), accompanied by best friends Mark (Colin O’Donoghue) and Nikki (Laura Haddock), are at Storage 24 dividing up their possessions after a recent break-up.

Suddenly the power goes off. Trapped in a dark maze of endless corridors, a mystery predator is hunting them one by one. In a place designed to keep things in, how do you get out?”

Storage 24 will be released in cinemas in the UK from June 29th 2012, and looks a bit like this…

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!

  1. A Fan says:

If I’m not mistaken, I believe the guy at the beginning, who’s drinking coffee and saying, “You’ve got to be kidding me”, played the vampire/fish son in Vampires of Venice.

    • TonyS says:

      Yep that’s Alex Price alright

  2. Mugen Pharoah says:

I’m a bit bored of feral aliens in all these films. Give me some good old fashioned alien schemers like the Daleks any day
