Awards season is still in full swing and Doctor Who so far has picked up its fair share of gongs, trophies, merit badges and swimming certificates – but the Doctor still needs your help to secure yet more precious, precious gold.
One of the cornerstones of Doctor Who Magazine is its peerless comic strips and this year the Doctor’s graphic representation is up for an Eagle Award – the comic industries long-standing public choice award – in the Favourite British Comicbook: Colour.
Though nominated in the past DWM has yet to win an award and is up against its 70’s sparing partners 2000AD and Judge Dredd, as well as CLiNT and Strip.
Also up for an award is IDW’s Issue #12 of its Doctor Who adventures where it’ll be facing tough competition from Animal Man #1, Daredevil #7, Aquaman #4 and The Amazing Spiderman #655 in the Favourite Single Story category.
You have until 2nd April to vote for the Doctor Who publications with results to be announced at the Eagle Awards ceremony taking place at London’s MCM Expo on 25th May.
