David Tennant prepares for Sport Relief 2012

Do The WhoVerse Sport Relief Mile!

If you’re in the UK you’re probably aware of the Sport Relief Mile, sponsored by supermarket Sainsbury’s to raise money for good causes – and now you have the chance to take part in the name of Doctor Who!

If you join the WhoVerse team – consisting of ourselves, the DT Forum and the Who-News mobile app – you can take part!

Whether you plan to run, walk, crawl or travel backwards in time to complete the mile, Sport Relief will spend the dough raised to help people living incredibly tough lives, both at home in the UK and across the world’s poorest countries.

This should remind you of what it’s all about…

Getting started is simple:

  1. Sign up for your local Sport Relief Mile event.
  2. Create your own Giving page.
  3. Send your email address to [email protected]
  4. We will send you an invite to the WhoVerse Team.

If you don’t plan on taking part, then please consider sponsoring our team – we could really use your help to smash our fundraising target!

Head to the WhoVerse Team page to find out more!
