Time for a mammoth Christmas Doctor Who gallery now, courtesy of the BBC who have provided us with a vast amount of images from the forthcoming episode, The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe!

Steven Moffat’s latest episode stars Matt Smith as the Doctor and guest stars Claire Skinner, Alexander Armstrong, Bill Bailey and Arabella Weir, and looks set to chill and thrill from 7pm on Christmas Day on BBC One. Overseas, BBC America are broadcasting the episode on December 25th 9/8c while Canada’s SPACE channel also has a Christmas broadcast at 9pm.

So it’s a Doctor Who Christmas for almost everybody – but how many of us will be watching the snow-bound action while enjoying a white Christmas themselves? There is of course no way of knowing without hopping into the TARDIS and checking, but in the meantime why not do a little bit of pre-emptive teasing (the nearest thing to time travel) with our gallery?
