Worlds in Time Update

It seems that these days we’re treated to a new Doctor Who video game or interactive adventure all the time and this month is no different: cue the drum roll for the newest kid on the block: Doctor Who: Worlds in Time.

Worlds in Time is a browser based online game set in the Whoniverse and finds you the player as a time traveller helping out the Doctor as he tries to sort out a menace that threatens the very fabric of the time stream-how epic is that?!

From the cutesy graphics to the entertaining dialogue, this game looks like fun for all and will certainly be a cracking slice of ongoing entertainment for Doctor Who fans.

It’s worth noting that at this stage, you can only sign up for a “closed preview” of the game, which is similar to a demo but is aimed at ironing out any bugs or other problems.

The official website promises that when Worlds in Time launches, it will be full of monsters old and new as well as offering locations familiar to fans. Where you’ll end up in the Whoniverse is anyone’s guess but it’ll be a lot of fun finding out!

This could well be the next massive MMO game so check out the website www.doctorwhowit.com to find out more about becoming one of the first players to experience Doctor Who Worlds in Time.

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
