New York ComicCon Cosplay!

It seems that as each year rolls on by, multitudes of Comic Con’s come and go. This year’s New York ComicCon is no exception, as the event has already passed, becoming a distant memory for all those that attended.

But nothing is truly gone if it can be remembered, as a wise man once said, and you can certainly remember a good weekend if you have lots of photos!

Fresh pictures have appeared on Science Fiction Zone showing some original and very funny costumes worn by Doctor Who fans as they supported their favourite Time Lord. Yes, the convention may have given the limelight to the new Avengers movie due out next year but Doctor Who and its presence was felt by all.

Notable pictures include a very cute lady in a Dalek dress, a gentleman dressed as what can only be described as a “scruffier” version of the First Doctor, an Adipose stress toy (which is quite simply one of the best ideas ever!), Doctor’s ten and eleven side by side waiting for action and some very original artwork featuring the Tenth Doctor.

ComicCon New York looked like a lot of fun and the pictures certainly bring a smile to the face. But we’d like some more, so if any good readers of Kasterborous managed to attend the event, send us in your pictures!

(Big thanks to the person who sent us the link, which has since gone missing!)

About

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
