Have you tried playing the latest game involving Doctor Who? One that can both annoy and entertain you and those around you all night long?
It’s a simple premise, you take the title of a book (or mix it up by using a film or album title) and replace an important word in the title with the word Dalek. For example, instead of The Fifth Element you could have “The Fifth Dalek”. You could change The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner to “The Loneliness of the Long Distance Dalek“.
What fun you can have for hours on end and apparently the game is quite popular on Twitter as well. But one such player has taken things to the next level and decided to add some had drawn pictures to the made up titles, giving them that extra bit of comedy.
Kathleen Jennings is the talented lady behind the drawings and has provided a website where you can see all of her current work, trust us it’s worth a look.
You might want to have a gander at some of the funniest offerings including “The Princess Daleks”, “Peter Pan and Dalek”, “Dalek on the Orient Express”, “Moby Dalek”, “Around the Dalek in 80 Days” and “Harry Dalek”.
Go and have a look at Kathleen’s work to give her your support!
