Sarah Jane Stars Headline Manchester Comic Con

Special guests have been announced for the first ever Manchester Comic Con – with The Sarah Jane Adventures’ Anjli Mohindra (Rani Chandra) and Daniel Anthony (Clyde Langer) heading up a full day of geek related nerd-dom.

This July 30th sees the Manchester Expo become a Mecca for comic, sci-fi, genre and even sports fans (in a autograph based face off between the red and blue halves of the city) – and what’s more kids get in for free!

Any full paying adult will be able to take in up to two children aged ten or under absolutely free to enjoy the Con’s Nintendo Unlimited stand, promising the latest in gaming (well, Nintendo) developments and Robots Live – where you’ll be able to watch robots take on robots in mêlée’s that for legal reasons cannot be described as being anything like ‘wars’.

For information on booking and prices head over to the Expo’s website. To keep up to date on the latest guests and any other developments you can follow, friend or watch what’s coming soon.

About

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
