The PodKast’s Wife!

This week’s podKast (with a “K”) features Christian Cawley and James McLean (and improved sound quality!) discussing the wonderful episode The Doctor’s Wife as only they can, as well as the recent Torchwood: Miracle Day teaser trailer and a couple of Dalek-related book releases!

There is little criticism that can be levelled at The Doctor’s Wife, but Torchwood is a different matter, so fans of the first two series of the out-of-control alien-sh*gging drama should probably avoid this section.

However if you have £30 burning a hole in your pocket and like Daleks, The Dalek Handbook and The Man Who Invented the Daleks: The Strange Worlds of Terry Nation are both featured this week.

Remember that there are other ways to listen to the Kasterborous podKast beyond the convenient player above;  you might use download link, pick it up in iTunes or subscribe to the RSS feed and use your preferred media player to download and sync our current run of increasingly popular podcasts.

Also don’t forget that we will address any comments that you have and give you a mention, so feel free to leave your thoughts below!

A long-term Doctor Who fan, Christian grew up watching the show and has early memories of the Graham Williams era. His favourite stories are Inferno, The Seeds of Doom and Human Nature (although The Empty Child, Blink and Utopia all come close). When he’s not bossing around the news team, Christian is a freelance writer specialising in mobile technology and domestic computing, and enjoys classic rock, cooking and spending time in the countryside with his wife and young children. You can find him on Twitter, Facebook and Google+.
