The Doctor’s Wife Trailer

Next week on Doctor Who, our favourite Time Lord receives a very unexpected message, sent in a manner that we haven’t seen since The War Games

As you can see from the clip below, The Doctor’s Wife features all sorts of surprises, not least the fact that writer Neil Gaiman has set the episode on a junk world.

Guest starring Suranne Jones as Idris, The Doctor’s Wife stars Matt Smith as the Doctor, Karen Gillan as Amy Pond and Arthur Darvill as Rory, and airs on Saturday, 14th May on BBC One at the later time of 6.30 pm.

This is the one I’ve been looking forward to the most of the new season. At least now we have an answer for the War Games reference, a Time Lord message box like the one the Doctor sent to request their help.

And now we know this is the story with the creepy voice who’s “killed hundreds of Time Lords.”

    Is it next week yet?
