Hines in Manhattan

Great Scot! Jamie McCrimmon himself Frazer Hines will be taking his one man show ‘The Time Traveling Scot’ across the Atlantic to The Producer’s Club Grand Theatre in Manhattan on Friday July 8th 2011.

The event will be followed by a Q & A hosted by Ken Deep from Doctor Who: Podshock, as well as an autograph session.

Advanced tickets for the event will be $22 while tickets on the door will set you back $30.

This is a rare appearance in the US by the Second Doctor’s beloved companion, who recently returned to the role in Big Finish’s series of Sixth Doctor adventures. Hines is a great storyteller, so if you’re able to travel to New York for the event we would certainly recommend it!

Further information can be found at the Who York website.

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
