USA Premiere Party!

Brooklyn, the most populated of New York’s five boroughs, is about to be inundated with creatures from all walks of life as the USA Doctor Who premiere takes place at The Bell House, New York on April 19th – bring your tired, your poor, your huddle masses of Fourth Doctor lookalikes yearning to drink free (drinks will not be free).

The premiere of The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon will be followed by a Who themed party including: A triva contest, a costume contest, a lecture on time travel, character impersonation and ‘villain off’, as well as Doctor Who based sketch comedy from Upright Citizen Brigade.

The Bell House will also be decked out to look like the inside of the TARDIS where you’ll be able to sample Doctor Who theme cocktails, such as the 11th Doctor, Love is a Ginger and Fish & Custard, and try Doctor’s Fez cupcakes provided by Geek Treats.

General admission for the event will cost $5 and are available at the event page on TicketWeb.

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
