The Impossible Astronaut Reaches SPACE

Canadian Broadcaster SPACE has followed the example of the USA and announced it is to air the opening episode of Series 6 on Saturday 23rd April at 8pm ET/PT.

Preceding the premiere a marathon of Doctor Who related fun will be warming up audiences for the Doctor’s return.

Starting Thursday, 21st April at 9pm ET/PT viewers can re-live the four specials drawing to an end the reign of David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor – followed on the Friday by Matt Smith’s debut season in its entirety starting at 2:30pm ET/PT.

On the Saturday viewers can get all festive by rewatching all the Christmas Specials from 12:05pm ET while waiting for the second part of Series 6’s opening two-parter.

The Impossible Astronaut will also be available via the SPACE catch up service.

About

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
