We’re hoping to have a few more images from The Impossible Astronaut later in the week, but in the meantime thanks to the BBC we’ve got this pai of beauties for you.
While one image might me little more than a portrait version of the now-famous shot of the Doctor, River Song, Amy and Rory and the TARDIS in Utah, the other is a little more interesting.
Just what is going on with the expressions on River, Amy and Rory’s faces?

Incidentally, Steven Moffat apparently requested that director Toby Haynes treat the two part series opener “like a finale”. We’re wondering if there might be a bit more to this description than we’re currently aware of…
