Day of the Moon Gallery

Can’t wait until Saturday to get another sniff of some new Doctor Who? Series 6 continues with Day of the Moon, and thanks to the BBC we’ve got some snaps from the concluding installment of the story started in The Impossible Astronaut!

(We have some problems with our slideshow software at present – use either of the links above to view the images.)

Starring Matt Smith as the Doctor (at least once), Karen Gillan as Amy Pond, Arthur Darvill as Rory and with Alex Kingston as River Song and Mark Sheppard as Canton Everett Delaware III, Day of the Moon sees the time travellers and their new friend engaging with the invasion of the Silence in 1969, an alien takeover that no one remembers…

Doctor Who airs this week at 6pm on BBC One and 9/8c on BBC America. Previous reports of this episode having a 1 hour timeslot seem to have been caused by a small error at the BBC Press Office, which has now been resolved.
