Acht(ung), Doctor!

WARNING: Contains spoilers… well at this time of year EVERY bit of Doctor Who news contains a spoiler.

With death in the air the Doctor Who crew are back on set in Cardiff and looking, well, rather cheerful.

Matt Smith, Arthur Darvill and Karen Gillan we’re all seen hanging around set along with a few Nazi soilders (as seen in the Series 6 trailer) or two as filming commenced on episode eight – and it seems Rory’s new hair may have affected his personality.

The meek nurse turned centurion was seen doing his best Indiana Jones impression, punching Nazi’s and riding motorcycles only with the slightly more attractive than Sean Connery Amy Pond clinging on tight. All this action seems Reich up his street…guffaw

The episode (written by Steven Moffat) will also resolve the “game changing cliffhanger” and those looking for hidden codes and such will be interested to know that River Song actress Alex Kingston was also on set.

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
