Who Are You?

Well, it’s all hotting up! By now you should have seen the teaser trailers and today’s prequel to The Impossible Astronaut and discovered the relevance of the phrase “look behind you” – so now is the time to ask, just what is happening here…

Below we’ve got two images from the recent BBC teaser clips for the new series of Doctor Who, featuring the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith) and an astronaut.

Doctor Who: The Impossible Astronaut

Or is it?

Doctor Who: The Impossible Astronaut

Could it actually be that the clip features the Doctor, an astronaut and some other, bizarre and as yet unidentified creature, hiding over the Doctor’s right shoulder?

Now obviously Doctor Who Series 6 is just a few weeks away now, and we wouldn’t want to spoil anything for you, but these images are taken from a trailer for the series, potentially shown in two different locations in the UK.

What is particularly interesting is that some versions should show the grey-style alien (a Silent?) while others don’t…
