Watch Out, Barrowman’s About!

It’s that time of year again, people, when John Barrowman stops being an occasional TV personality and decides to bombard us all with his unique blend of awesomeness singing and dancing.

The Captain Jack Harkness actor is timing his UK tour to begin just around the time we’re expecting Torchwood Series 4 (aka Miracle Day) to come to an end, and right on time to release… wait for it… a best of collection featuring tracks from his three albums to date.

“Touring round the country doing live performances for all my fans has to be one of my favourite times of the year. I love the thrill of a live performance, the excitement of singing some new and fantastic music,” he said. “I can’t wait to see you.”

I can.

In particular the old half-Scots charmer is performing horrifyingly close to Kasterborous Towers, descending on both the Bridlington Spa and the York Barbican as well as Newcastle City Hall.
