Sheridan Wants Who Role…

…but shouldn’t someone point out that she’s been a Doctor Who companion for the last few years?

Legally Blonde: The Musical star (she appears with Fifth Doctor actor Peter Davison) and Big Finish companion Sheridan Smith has revealed that she is desperate for a starring role as the Doctor’s companion – despite having the role on audio for the past 3 years!

She said: “It’s every actress’ dream to be the new assistant – fighting the Daleks. I’d kick their a***s.”

Which is fair enough, she probably would!

Naturally as Ms Smith is Legally Blonde we’ll let her off – she’s clearly forgotten about playing the Eighth Doctor’s companion Lucie Miller alongside Paul McGann.

But at the end of the day, who could argue against the lovely Sheridan appearing in Doctor Who on TV?
