Bed and Board for a Time Lord

To all Doctor Who pilgrims looking to cross land and sea to witness the Doctor Who Experience in London’s Olympia Venue, the Open Press are already listing hotels, rooms and blustery wooden shacks for you to rest your weary, Time Lord filled heads via LateRooms.com.

Opening in February, the Doctor Who Experience will feature a unique walk-through experience, allowing you to be the Doctor’s companion. Fans can step on board a recreation of the modern TARDIS design and  a comprehensive exhibition spanning the show’s entire history: including never seen before original costumes, the Tom Baker TARDIS police box and two authentic TARDIS sets from the eras of David Tennant and Peter Davison.

Depending on how fast your camel can run you can book tickets for either the off peak times which are £15 and £12.50 for children in advance and the peak times (holidays and weekends) which are £18 and £14 for children in advance.

For those just wandering in on the day it’ll set them back £20 for adults and £15.50 for children.

To book tickets for the Experience head over to the exhibition’s website.

Everyone has a favourite Doctor and mine - just for his honesty, his fairness and his ability to not notice the Master's awful, awful disguises/anagrams (Sir Gilles Estram!?!) - has to be the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison. The stories didn’t serve him as well as his acting served those stories.
