Matt Smith: Give Me Series 3

Eleventh Doctor Who star Matt Smith has said he wants a third series as the time travelling hero under his belt!

Speaking on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson yesterday, Smith – in the US to shoot scenes for the forthcoming series of Doctor Who – revealed that he interested in a third series. To be fair though, he has a good philosophy on the future.

“I take it a year at a time.

“I’m going to do this year, and maybe next year as well. I would like to.”

Matt also expressed his delight at shooting scenes in the US for the 2011 series.

“I think it broadens the scale of the show and makes it epic and vast,” he said. “[It’s] everything that Utah and Monument Valley is.”

We’re already looking forward to Matt’s second series, and the thought of a third is just superb!
