Vote for Sarah Jane!

It’s award time again and this year, it’s The Sarah Jane Adventures that is in the limelight.

The Doctor Who spin off is in the running to receive a Children’s BAFTA award and it needs you to make sure that it wins!

The competition it faces includes Horrible Histories, Horrid Henry and Tracy Beaker Returns. All fine shows but let’s face it, they don’t hold a candle to what Sarah Jane and her gang have to offer! Think of all those diverse episodes that have screened over the last three years: Invasion of the Bane, Revenge of the Slitheen, The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith and more recently Death of the Doctor.

But what are your thoughts? Which series deserves to really win? Is there a special episode that’s close to your heart that means the series should be showered with awards? Or do you find the whole thing a bit too much? Let us know by leaving your comments below!

The voting is now open and will close at 6pm on Friday 26th November 2010 so head over to www.baftakidsvote.org to vote now!

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
